Keith Porter Insulation and Fireplaces was founded in 1976. After branching off from his father's company, Porter Insulation Products, Keith Porter opened his own insulation business in Jefferson, Georgia. As the success of this business grew, a second location was added In 1988 in nearby Lake Oconee with the opening of Oconee Porter Insulation and Fireplace.
Since then the Porter family companies have multiplied with the addition of Choice Insulation and Keith Porter Specialties. Keith Porter Specialties offer a broad range of other home products including closet shelving, doors, shower doors, vanity mirrors, and other bath hardware needs.
Our companies serve Northeast Georgia including Jefferson, Lake Oconee, Gainesville, Athens, Lawrenceville, Buford and other surrounding areas.
